Flint&Tinder is exactly the type of the company I dreamed of shouting about as I morphed into an independent Marketing+Media PR consultant over the last year.
This is a seriously socially conscious, problem solving company focused on building mutually beneficial partnerships with manufacturers, consumers, employees and retailers.
As the winner of COMMON Pitch Milwaukee: American Innovation, Flint & Tinder will have my full attention for the next two weeks.
I have the chance to tell the story of charismatic inventor/designer/entrepreneur, Jake Bronstein. Jake started Flint&Tinder to put 100% American-made men’s luxury underwear and tee-shirts on the shelves next to foreign competitors. In the process he will try to save a 100 year old factory, create 1 job for each 1000 pairs of undies sold and catalyze American manufacturing innovation.
Jake makes the product, COMMON Pitch gives him momentum, I help tell the story, and consumers vote with their dollars.
